All transactions must be completed using one of the accepted payment methods at the time of booking. Please note that specific transaction fees may apply depending on the payment method chosen.
If you choose to pay via cryptocurrency, please be aware that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and subject to price volatility. Once payment has been confirmed on the blockchain, no cancellations or refunds will be issued unless otherwise specified in the cancellation policy.
All bookings made via our platform are subject to availability. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your reservation. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information provided during the booking process.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. For cryptocurrency transactions, refunds will be issued based on the equivalent cryptocurrency amount at the time of the refund request, subject to the current exchange rate and minus any transaction fees. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
All prices listed on our website are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) or another indicated currency. When paying in cryptocurrencies, the amount will be converted to the equivalent cryptocurrency value at the time of payment.

In the event of a dispute arising from the use of our services, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through amicable negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
